In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The following terms apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and PKR 500 for bank transfer channels. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and Account verification status.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the gk999 Platform. Game-specific rules, published within each game's interface or help section, supplement these general rules.

• Finality of results: All game outcomes, bet settlements, and casino results are final once confirmed by the gk999 system. Technical malfunctions that result in an erroneous outcome may be voided at gk999's discretion, with stakes returned to the affected Player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk999 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that would give an unfair advantage over other Players or over gk999.

The following restrictions apply:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the gk999 Platform.

• Losses arising from your failure to secure your gk999 Login credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own negligence.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data feeds, including sports results, odds, and statistics.

Where gk999's liability cannot be excluded by law, gk999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the gk999 Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gk999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

gk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gk999 will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, via the email address registered to the Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gk999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gk999 operates with a commitment to fair dispute resolution.
